LCD Display

Motor Power

The motor is the driving force! We’ve carefully paired the power of our lithium-ion batteries with the high-quality, brushless motors. We’ve equipped the FORTE with a 750 watt front hub motor that delivers an amazing amount power when needed.

Battery

Batteries are the lifeblood of any electric bike. Therefore, all of our e-bikes are equipped with long lasting, lithium-ion batteries that enhance your riding experience. Our batteries are made for distance and reliability. Charging your battery is a breeze. You can easily charge the battery while it’s in the bike or you can charge it independently. Our batteries will fully charge within 4-6 hours making sure you get back out there on your new adventure.

Rear Storage

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

FANTASTIC TRIKE

This year I am 84 years old. I bought my GoBike E-Trike a year ago. I have completed the C&O towpath and the GAP and lots of local rail trails. Love this trike. The company has helped me with a couple of minor issues (operator errors), I WOULD DO IT AGAIN.

Beautiful sturdy trike.

I have only ridden a mile or so. The battery that came with it would not hold a charge. When I contacted the folks, they immediately sent out a replacement. I went out to test it at a local park and all worked great. Looks great as well. The step through is a bit of a challenge for my 83-year-old body but I will overcome. I came down with Covid a few days later so further riding will have to wait until the bug is gone. I'm very happy.

Easy assembly

I like that I was able to assemble on my own!
This bike is amazing on hills. Also, is great for NO assist peddling. I do NOT need to pedal to make it up hills~just push the lever on right handle. Great for a person with no strength. Only point is that you need to use the breaks alot once the power is on-it's very fast on flats n down hill!! Understand how to quickly turn power off on the left handlebar contol. I have to turn the power off to just peddle slow through the flat, busy sidewalk in town.
